Equipment Warranties
All new equipment installations come with the following labor warranties:
- 10-year parts and labor
- 5-year labor warranty with the installation of a complete system and regular maintenance throughout those five years
- 1-year warranty on the installation of single-piece equipment

We cannot talk enough about the changes you’ll see in your energy use when you have a new HVAC system installed. When you use our HVAC installation services, including ductwork, we guarantee a 30% improvement on your heating and cooling bills.
If you don’t, we’ll make up for it. We will refund any savings we guaranteed, but you did not see. However, if your system is not producing the results we have guaranteed, you must notify us, so we can assess the system.

Life Gives Lemons, But We Won’t… We Guarantee It!
Life hands us enough lemons. There’s no reason your HVAC company should. We take all of our installations seriously and expect the equipment to be dependable.
If a system we installed fails twice within the first five years because of a manufacturer defect, we’ll replace the unit at absolutely no cost to you. If your heating system fails within the first ten years because of faulty workmanship or defects, we’ll give you a new one for free.
Prompt Installation Guarantee
When we install your ductwork, it will be backed by a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee. This guarantee includes materials, plus another 10-year warranty for installation and labor. Both are for the original owner only and cannot be transferred. The warranty does not cover abuse of the system.
No-Fuss Guarantee
When you have a new HVAC system installed, you expect it to work for the duration of its expected lifespan. However, systems can break down prematurely. If your newly installed HVAC system fails within the first year and leaves you and your family without heat or air conditioning for 24 hours, we’ll replace the system for you.
Property and Landscape Guarantee
When our technicians arrive at your home to complete a project, you can be confident that your lawn, carpets, floors, walls, and door frames will not be damaged.
We guarantee we’ll leave your home in the same condition that we found it, or it will be replaced or repaired. All technicians will use protective equipment, such as floor savers and hall runners, on all work.
